California native, Andy Nguyen, grew up in the Bay Area but currently resides in Orange County. Coming from a large family with eleven siblings, finding creative ways to maximizing space was a constant and growing challenge for his family. His ability to see the potential in a space to accommodate his family’s growing needs was a vital factor when his siblings were faced with renovations or when it came to buying and selling their homes. Because of this, a career in real estate was the next obvious step for Andy to take.
Before becoming a real estate agent, he assisted buyers in a different capacity as their insurance agent for their home. For 10 years, he worked alongside many real estate agents and teams, allowing much insight into the Southern California housing market. His experience in determining risk, navigating policies, and his drive for solutions are invaluable assets he provides to his clients.
As a real estate agent, Andy aspires to create a positive change in his community and industry. He is able to share his own personal experiences with renovations, buying and selling, to help put his clients at ease throughout the home buying/selling process. To further his commitment to his clients, he has obtained his GREEN designation through the National Association of Realtors for an advanced understanding of home energy efficiency and sustainable choices. In addition, Andy received his MBA in Entrepreneurship from Brandman University. He is continuously learning to develop skills sets needed to better serve his clients and exceed their expectations.
In his leisure time, Andy enjoys taking road trips with his wife, two sons, and two dogs. He also enjoys long hikes, photography, fishing, aquariums, new home construction tours, home projects, volunteering, and working on cars and motorcycles.
