From airplane hangars to college housing to single-family homes, Liberty Charpentier knows what it takes to get roofs over people’s heads. Liberty worked for many years in property management for her father, who developed and managed a large hangar complex for private jets. She later was a member of the housing department at a local college.
“These jobs gave me insight into the technical side of the real estate industry and working with contracts, along with the importance of developing meaningful professional relationships, based on trust and integrity, with my clients,” Liberty said.
“Liberty’s desire to connect with people to help them meet their needs really motivates her,” Branch Manager David Yegenian said. "Everyone in our office agrees she is vibrant, caring, fun-loving and charismatic. Her clients know she is extremely thorough and very committed to assuring their best interests are met.”
Liberty chose Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties because she felt that their mission, ‘to customize and deliver a refined home buying and selling experience distinguished by the highest standards of integrity, expertise, and sophistication” aligned with her personal values and goals.
“I pride myself on being thorough, transparent and available to my clients. I care deeply about their experience and put a lot of respect and care in the transaction process itself,” Liberty said. She is responsive, proactive, and demonstrates the care and respect she has for her clients by giving them her full support, from offer to close of escrow and beyond.
A graduate of California State University, East Bay, Liberty loves to be outdoors with her family, exploring new places to hike and enjoy nature. She also spends time playing basketball with her son, surfing with her husband and running with friends.
Giving time to her community has been an important part of Liberty’s life. An enthusiastic supporter of local food banks, she volunteers at the Laguna Food Pantry regularly, helping pack and distribute food to local families in need.
