Alice did an amazing job helping my wife, new baby, and I find a house that fit our (very particular) needs in the (EXTREMELY short) timespan that we needed it. She quickly identified what the perfect house was going to be for us, which included figuring out some things that we didn’t even know we wanted until she was showing them to us. Every house she showed us was always a little better than the one we’d seen before it because she was just that good and able to constantly evolve and adapt her recommendations on how what she learned about us.
On top of that, she helped us get through the process of buying with our sanity intact. She maintained regular contact with us throughout the entire process, including stepping in to assist us with finding people to talk to and with being at the house when we couldn’t be to meet with people. All of this, and she is one of the nicest, friendliest people we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. At this point I can’t, and don’t want to, imagine buying a house ever again without her help. My wife and I will always recommend Alice and her team to anyone who wants to purchase or sell a home, and have already bragged about how wonderful she is multiple times to others as we’ve talked about buying our new home. If you are looking for someone to assist you with buying or selling your home, you really can’t do better than Alice.
