Alice is a great agent, and loan officer who worked tirelessly for my family to secure the property and find a lender. Prior to Alice being my agent, I was having a very difficult time getting my offers even considered as I worked as a 1099 independent contractor and could not secure a loan. Her connections in the community and in the neighborhood I wanted to live in, got my offer to be accepted. Then as a loan officer, she made sure various lenders would back up my loan even if one lender backed out which ended up happening at the last minute. I never would have gotten the house, my offer accepted, or my loan if Alice didn’t work relentlessly on my behalf. Thank you for all your work and effort. I do plan on relocating in a few years and I have no doubt Alice will be the listing agent at that time and do a great job again!
