Alice recently helped my family sell a two bedroom condo is Tustin, CA and did an exceptional job and made the process very easy for my family and I. What surprised me was the level of service that Alice and her team offered throughout the process. Not only was she just our real estate agent, but she doubled as the property manager and handyman. She blew away our expectations and really took care of everything. She handled ALL the scheduling and meetings for the various services that were needed to sell the house (painters, plumbers, electrician, etc.). She even went to Home Depot on multiple occasions on our behalf to pick things up to help make minor improvements to the property. And yes she even brought over her own power tools to make those fixes (light switch plates, smoke alarms, curtains).
The last thing I want to mention is that she is an extremely hard worker. It really felt like she worked 24 hours a day during the sale period to get everything completed on time. I would highly recommend Alice to anyone that is looking to buy or sell a house/condo. She really is the jack of all trades real estate agent and you would be doing yourself a disservice if you went with anyone else.
