Escrow process was very smooth. I got no horror stories to tell. It was so great that I asked Min to sell the house 3 years after when I got married. Then Min again to buy my current home. She’s been my agent and my wife’s for 4 transactions already (2 buys and sells between myself and my wife).
There was a bidding war when she listed my home for sale in Whittier! Then I bought my next home with Min for 30k under value.
Buying and selling my homes with Min could not have been better.
