I just wanted to state how wonderful our experience has been with Anna. She was very responsive even late at night and worked with us while we were in a rush to find a new rental. We were pleasantly surprised that she came very well prepared while were planning out how to get as many viewings as possible the following day. She routed our trip and mapped the locations out in order so we knew where we were going ahead of time and so that we can be as efficient as possible. She knew what factors we were looking for so she came prepared with a booklet of all the properties, their features and even a separate booklet with school listings. Even after the contract was signed, she helped to resolve our issues with the property with the landlord. While I’ve had many moves in my life, I have never once met an agent with such determination, high work ethics and customer service as Anna. We couldn’t be happier with the new property and are so grateful for Anna to help us.
