Peter is hands down the best realtor I have ever worked with and I worked with quite a few. Peter was my buyer’s agent for a new home purchase; he was assigned to me through my relocation company and came highly recommended. He responds to both texts and emails IMMEDIATELY and was knowledgeable and kind enough to take the time to break down and explain 100’s of pages of contracts into language I could understand. Since I was purchasing a new construction condo, there were a lot of deadlines to meet over the 6 months of construction after signing the contract; Peter was on top of every deadline and communicated frequently with the lender, seller, etc. At closing, Peter was able to answer many questions that the notary was unable to; it turns out he had previously (?) been licensed to execute title work. As an engineer, I asked a lot of questions; Peter was able to offer an answer to any question. Overall, I am more than happy to write a positive review for Peter since I was beyond impressed with his organization, knowledge, promptness, and making the home buying process seamless for me.
