We’ve used a couple different agents over the years, but when Alice sold our house for us last year (in less than a week), we were so impressed with her style. She was so thorough in walking through our house and showing us all the little things that would help us sell quickly. When it came time to buy, we knew we had to have Alice help us again. She was awesome at pulling properties that she knew fit exactly what we were looking for. Once we found our house and we were in escrow, she interacted with us every step of the way. She personally made sure that we got everything we asked for. Even after we’ve moved in she still contacted us to make sure we settled in okay. Not only was everything handled so professionally, Alice made us feel like we were friends and not just clients. She honestly made the whole process of selling and buying so stress free. Don’t plan on buying or selling anything in the near future, but if we do, Alice will be the first person we call!
